Materials & Finishes
Beclawat has a vast array of windows and doors to suit applications from ships, locomotives, subway, transit and specialty vehicles. Framed windows in aluminum, brass, mild or stainless steel are available for light
or heavy marine applications.
Various finishes include anodizing (clear, black or custom colors) or powdercoat (standard or custom colors).
Frameless Installation
Fritted (bonded or frameless) glass commonly refers to glass installed in frameless applications and bonded directly to the ship's structure. A ceramic frit (border) is baked on and provides UV protection for the
underlying adhesive. Beclawat provides a Sika approved ceramic frit.
